4. No Buy, Sell, or Hold Recommendations

No TraderTools Pro platform recommends that any security be purchased, sold, held, or avoided. All scores, signals, alerts, and risk indicators are aggregations of publicly available information processed through proprietary algorithms. They are not personalized investment recommendations. A dilution alert, PDUFA signal, contract award, or supply-chain event is data — not advice.

5. Market Risk and Total Loss

Investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of invested capital. Small-cap and micro-cap securities, biotech companies, and companies with active shelf registrations are subject to extreme volatility, low liquidity, and elevated risk of significant permanent loss. TraderTools Pro data does not mitigate these risks and may not prevent losses.

6. DilutionWatch — Specific Limitations

DilutionWatch tracks dilution-related SEC filings. The existence of a shelf registration, ATM offering, or warrant does not guarantee that dilution will occur or that a stock will decline. Dilution risk scores are algorithmic estimates, not predictions. SEC filings may be delayed up to 4 business days after the triggering event. An "at-risk" rating is not a sell recommendation.

7. BiotechSigns — Specific Limitations

Biotech investing involves extreme binary risk. FDA decisions are unpredictable. PDUFA date tracking does not predict approval or rejection outcomes. Clinical trial data may be incomplete or delayed. Cash runway estimates are derived from public filings and may not reflect private financing, off-balance-sheet arrangements, or management actions. A positive catalyst score is not a buy recommendation. Total loss of investment following an FDA rejection is common and documented.

8. StonkWhisper — Specific Limitations

StonkWhisper aggregates publicly disclosed trading activity, including congressional STOCK Act disclosures, insider transactions, institutional holdings reports, and market structure data. These disclosures are subject to statutory filing delays — congressional trades may be reported up to 45 days after execution, and institutional holdings reports are filed quarterly with a 45-day lag. Disclosed ranges are estimates, not exact amounts. Dark pool and market structure data reflect reported prints and may be delayed or incomplete. Disclosed trading activity by any individual or institution is not a recommendation to replicate that activity.

9. ChainSifter — Specific Limitations

ChainSifter analyzes publicly disclosed supply-chain relationships and material agreements from SEC filings. Subcontract relationships and informal dependencies are typically not disclosed and are therefore not captured. Correlation between supply-chain events and stock price changes does not imply causation. Supply-chain intelligence is not procurement advice and does not constitute guidance under FAR, DFARS, or any other procurement regulation.

10. Contract Trader — Specific Limitations

Contract Trader aggregates government procurement data from SAM.gov and other public sources. Contract ceiling values represent maximum authorized spend, not actual payments. Contract modifications, options, and task orders may not reflect total relationship value. This platform does not provide procurement, FAR/DFARS compliance, or regulatory guidance of any kind.

11. Data Accuracy and Delays

All platforms aggregate data from public sources including SEC EDGAR, FDA.gov, SAM.gov, and ClinicalTrials.gov. Data may be delayed, incomplete, contain errors, or reflect conditions that have materially changed since filing. We make no warranty that any data is accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for any purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying all data from primary sources before making any decision.

12. AI-Generated Content

Some content on TraderTools Pro platforms is generated or summarized using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, omissions, or outdated information. AI content is not reviewed by licensed financial professionals. Do not rely on AI-generated summaries as a substitute for reading primary source documents.

Past performance of any signal, score, alert, or data model is not indicative of future results. Historical pattern analysis does not predict future price movements. Use of these platforms from outside the United States may be restricted by local laws and regulations. Users accessing any platform from outside the United States are solely responsible for determining whether such use complies with applicable local laws governing the receipt and use of financial research and data services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GUERILLA FINANCE INC.
